To return or exchange an item, please send it back to us within 30 days of the original receipt date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We only accept returned merchandise that is in saleable condition and in the original, intact packaging; copies of both receipts (one each of the white "Sales Receipt" and one yellow "Sales Order" form) must be included with all returns. If you are returning an item that has a "Gift Receipt," please note that we can either exchange the item or give you a store credit. Please package and ship all returns carefully! We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.

To return or exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us for a call tag within 30 days of the original receipt date. We will still need copies of the original receipts and all the packaging!If you are returning a defective or damaged item for a refund, we can refund the shipping charge of the defective item only.
